Since its inception, the Company has earned $4,120,000 in revenue and is not currently earning any revenue. The Company recognizes revenue when (i) the entity has transferred to the buyer the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the intellectual property, (ii) the entity retains neither continuing managerial involvement to the degree usually associated with ownership nor effective control over the intellectual property, (iii) the amount of revenue can be measured reliably, (iv) it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the entity, and (vi) the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transaction can be measured reliably. Licensing revenue, in the form of non-refundable upfront payments, is recognized at the date the Company no longer maintains substantive contractual obligations. |
